What contract options are available?

Our goal is to provide convenient, flexible contract options to address the widest range of budget needs. The service is made available to you on a per user basis through an effective subscription mechanism.

Can I try for free?

Of course! Your first 7 days are on us. Sign up for a new account to get started. If you love it (and we think you will), you can continue using simply by providing us with your payment details.

How are users counted towards billing?

You can add and remove users as your team changes. At the end of each monthly billing cycle, you will be billed for the following month’s subscription based on the exact number of users you have. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed for the tier that most closely matches your user count.

What payment options do you accept?

Monthly subscriptions are payable by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express), or PayPal. Annual subscriptions can be paid via credit card, bank transfer, or check.

What are administrator rights?

Any member in the group can invite new group members and manage the group settings. Under Premium plans however, administrators choose who can invite new members and manage group settings.

What's your cancellation policy?

Our goal is to make you happy. You can cancel at any time and won’t be billed for subsequent months. No hard feelings.
